Working with clients evokes a whole range of emotional experiences. Finding the right supervisor is an essential aspect to being a therapist. It is also the way to improve confidence, up skill knowledge and gain personal insight.

I trained at Terapia where they offered supervision training to both adults and children. It was unique in this and honed in on the variations and how they can cross fertilise. It suited me well, integrating a lot of creative techniques that have proved really fruitful to clients.

My approach is often creative and translates theory into an embodied experience. In this way, we learn it so deeply, rather than reading a book. This then supports you on the pathway to feeling engaged, alive and confident on this valuable journey. Whether this is to keep you excited and confident or on a pathway to accreditation.

I offer you an ideal approach to supervision. Integrating my knowledge and expertise from thirteen years of UKCP accreditation, whilst working with adults and adolescents and children.  In addition, I can support you through the process towards full accreditation. As a UKCP psychotherapist, I am often sought out by trainees on a UKCP course and with the world of online, I am now available beyond the Sussex area.

I offer a range of psychological understanding for adults and children and have the accompanying supervision knowledge to support you. I have experience supporting individuals both in groups and individually for the charity sector such as Miss Represented and Winstons Wish.
