Louise has been able to help my 15-year-old daughter to work through some hard stuff that was causing her a lot of anxiety and low mood / depression.

My daughter built up a trusting and honest relationship with Louise very quickly and this meant that they were able to work together as equals – and the change in how my daughter is feeling about the future and her ability to be a happy person is amazing.

We also worked with Louise on family communication issues – which was one of the things at the heart of my daughter’s difficulties. That was challenging – because it meant we (her parents) had to spend time listening to things we didn’t really want to hear! But Louise did a brilliant job of helping us to do what we needed to do as parents and as a family, and looking after all three of us in the process.

I’d really recommend Louise as a counsellor and her approach has definitely had really positive outcomes for us as a family and most importantly for my daughter.
