I am passionate about supporting teens. A therapy called DDP is gaining increasing interest as a highly effective way of supporting parents and children especially if there has been difficulty forming strong bonds along the way. It works by having both parent and child in the room with the therapist as the third member of this triangle. The therapist’s role is then to encourage the basic tenets of Dan Hughes work, Playful Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy. For more info do take a look at ddpnetwork.org
I am now a fully trained DDP practitioner and working towards full accreditation.
I am now offering online sessions via Zoom, Skype, Facetime and calls. Please contact me for more information.
