Welcome. My name is Louise Shuttleworth and I want to tell you about the services I can help you with, including Adult Counselling in Haywards Heath as well as Burgess Hill.  I offer you 14 years of experience as a UKCP registered Integrative psychotherapist. Working with adults, couples, teens and families for both short and long term therapy. As well as meeting my clients face to face within my treatment rooms, I am also offering online adult counselling sessions, making it even easier for new customers to reach out for therapy.

Entering therapy can feel a huge step and my role initially is to offer you a safe comfortable space. My role is to come along side you on this journey giving you the experience to feel truly heard. I view our time together as a collaborative process that offers you choices such as exploring new actions or ways of thinking that may no longer serve you.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

I am informed by a multitude of learning ranging from attachment based understanding to tools such as mindfulness, CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and solution focused therapy. This leaves me well placed to connect with you with where you are at right now. In this way, I offer a bespoke set of tools that aim to meet your emotional state, supporting your own journey into greater self-awareness and new ways of tackling anxiety disorders, depression, stress, bereavement and life transition challenges.
