Last week I spent a few days to reflect upon where the beauty of nature can turn up in unlikely places into beautiful scenes. London Road station and Regents Park below.
Watching this nature has got me thinking about how often magic moments come at unlikely times. How easy it is to get caught up with plan making when all that is wished is for full attention and a day in PJs.
When parents ask me how they can support their teens. My enquiry is often about how much committed one to one time they spend TOGETHER doing an activity? This again does not need to be an enormous activity just simple pleasures. If this feels complicated, ask your teen to develop a bucket list of wishes and that in itself can be such a bonding exercise.
Rather like nourishing plants that need a bit of watering and all sorts of beauty comes from this at unlikely times and places.
I am now offering online sessions via Zoom, Skype, Facetime and calls. Please contact me for more information.
